YouthWorx
Our mission is to provide a safe alternative facility for teenagers and young adults that offers both entertainment as well as access to life changing resources, thereby inspiring them to become a future generation with Godly integrity.
Youthworx is a new centre for teenagers and young people in Shelly Beach, which provides a creative playground to entertain, challenge and inspire.
The centre is a project of the Genesis Trust Youth Development Programme. It aims to serve our young generation on a regular basis. It is open to all youth and young adults in the community. Healthy life styles are encouraged through open discussions, small group sessions and access to training.
The centre has limited conferencing facilities and can cater for small group activities.
The Youthworx Community Centre will provide a positive environment with the purpose of developing a healthy generation of Godly young people, being encouraged to use their voices as a positive influence amongst their peers, “…so that they may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which they shine like stars in the universe …” (Phil 2:14)
